On the motion of Mr. Chandra Herbert, Bill (No. M 209) intituled Long Term Tenants Protection Act, 2010 was introduced, read a first time, and Ordered to be placed on the Orders of the Day for second reading at the next sitting after today.

On the motion of Ms. Thorne, Bill (No. M 210) intituled Residential Tenancy Amendment Act, 2010 was introduced, read a first time, and Ordered to be placed on the Orders of the Day for second reading at the next sitting after today.

Mr. Ralston presented the Report of the Select Standing Committee on Public Accounts for the First Session of the Thirty-ninth Parliament.
