Be it resolved that this House encourage the government to continue to spur innovation in renewable energy technologies and clean power generation to reduce carbon emissions and provide family supporting jobs in British Columbia.

A debate arose.

The debate continued.

On the motion of Ms. McIntyre, the debate was adjourned to the next sitting of the House.

Bill (No. 5) intituled New West Partnership Trade Agreement Implementation Act was committed.

Section 1 of Bill (No. 5) passed, on division.

Bill (No. 5) was reported complete without amendment, read a third time and passed, on division.

On the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 6) intituled Civil Forfeiture Amendment Act, 2011, a debate arose.

The debate continued.

Bill (No. 6) read a second time and Ordered to be placed on the Orders of the Day for committal at the next sitting after today.

34. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $72,166,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Labour, Citizens’ Services and Open Government, Ministry Operations, to 31st March, 2012.

35. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $451,688,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Labour, Citizens’ Services and Open Government, Shared Services BC, to 31st March, 2012.

36. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $26,155,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Labour, Citizens’ Services and Open Government, Government Communications and Public Engagement, to 31st March, 2012.

37. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $15,713,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Labour, Citizens’ Services and Open Government, Labour Programs, to 31st March, 2012.
