The Hon. S. Bond (Attorney General) tabled the British Columbia Utilities Commission Annual Report, 2010/2011.

The House proceeded to “Orders of the Day.”

Bill (No. 13) intituled Metal Dealers and Recyclers Act was again committed, reported complete without amendment, read a third time and passed.

On the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 19) intituled Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act (No. 3), 2011, a debate arose.

The debate continued.

Bill (No. 19) read a second time and Ordered to be placed on the Orders of the Day for committal at the next sitting after today.

And then the House adjourned at 6.51 p.m.
