The Hon. K. Falcon (Minister of Finance and Deputy Premier) tabled a Statement confirming the addition of two organizations to the government reporting entity by regulation.

The House proceeded to “Orders of the Day.”

Order called for Committee of Supply.

Pursuant to Sessional Order, order called for Section A of Committee of Supply.

Bill (No. 21) intituled Budget Measures Implementation Act, 2012 was again committed.

The motion that the Committee rise and report Bill (No. 21) complete with amendment passed, on division.

Bill (No. 21) was reported complete with amendment, and by leave, read a third time and passed, on division.

The House resumed the adjourned debate on the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 26) intituled Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations Statutes Amendment Act, 2012.

The debate continued.

Be it resolved that this House urge the Government of Canada to continue to uphold the Canada Fisheries Act and its statutory requirements to protect fish habitat from harmful alteration, disruption or destruction.

38  Ms. Popham to move —

Be it resolved that this House urge the Government of Canada to abstain from using Federal powers to override the provincial Agricultural Land Reserve and thereby ensure that lands in the B.C. Agricultural Land Reserve in proximity to the Port Metro Vancouver Deltaport facility continue to be used for agricultural use only.
