Be it resolved that this House urge the Government of British Columbia to ensure that all retailers are registered for the PST before April 1st, 2013; the day the province is scheduled to return to the PST.

On the motion of Mr. Hawes, Bill (No. Pr 402) intituled Mennonite Brethren Biblical Seminary Act was introduced, read a first time, and Ordered referred to the Select Standing Committee on Parliamentary Reform, Ethical Conduct, Standing Orders and Private Bills.

On the motion of Ms. McIntyre, Bill (No. Pr 401) intituled The Hooper Family Foundation (Corporate Restoration) Act, 2013 was introduced, read a first time, and Ordered referred to the Select Standing Committee on Parliamentary Reform, Ethical Conduct, Standing Orders and Private Bills.

The Hon. C. Clark (Premier) made a ministerial statement apologizing for the creation of a draft document on multicultural outreach.

Mr. Dix made a statement.

The Hon. M. MacDiarmid (Minister of Health) presented to the Speaker a Message from His Honour the Administrator, which read as follows:
