Mr. Horgan made a statement.

On the motion of Ms. Reimer, Bill (No. M 203) intituled Terry Fox Day Act was introduced, read a first time, and Ordered to be placed on the Orders of the Day for second reading at the next sitting after today.

The Hon. T. Stone (Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure) presented to the Speaker a Message from Her Honour the Lieutenant Governor, which read as follows:

The Lieutenant Governor transmits herewith Bill (No. 5) intituled Container Trucking Act and recommends the same to the Legislative Assembly.
