Be it resolved that this House recognize the value of a balanced budget built on a diverse economy to support B.C. families and communities and to build a better, stronger province for future generations.

The Report was taken as read and received.

By leave, Mr. Morris moved that the Report be adopted.

The House proceeded to “Orders of the Day.”

Pursuant to Order, the House resumed the adjourned debate on the amendment to the motion “That the Speaker do now leave the Chair” for the House to go into Committee of Supply.

The debate on the amendment continued.

On the motion of Ms. Trevena, the debate on the amendment was adjourned to the next sitting of the House.
