1. The Chair called the Committee to order at 10:04 a.m.

2. The Committee met in camera for the purpose of continuing its deliberation on its Second Report to the House respecting its review of the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia, British Columbia Utilities Commission, British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority, the Homeowner Protection Office and the Organized Crime Agency of British Columbia.

3. The Committee met in public session. 

4. Resolved, that the Committee’s Second Report to the House this session be adopted as amended. 

5. Resolved, that the Chair present the Committee’s Second Report to the House this session as soon as possible. 

6. The Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair at 10:07 am.

           The committee met at 10:04 a.m.

           [K. Stewart in the chair.]

           K. Stewart (Chair): Okay, if we could call this meeting to order. We only have one item on our agenda today, and that is the approval of the report, which is the second report of the review of Crown corporations and agencies for the Select Standing Committee on Crown Corporations.

           I would entertain a motion to move in camera.

           The committee continued in camera from 10:05 a.m. to 10:06 a.m.

           [K. Stewart in the chair.]

           K. Stewart (Chair): We've just come out of an in-camera session reviewing our confidential draft of Review of Crown Corporations and Agencies: Second Report.

           I now would like to entertain a motion to accept the draft.

           Motion approved.

           K. Stewart (Chair): I'd now be looking for a motion to present the report to the House at the earliest date possible.

           Motion approved.

           K. Stewart (Chair): Any further items before we look for an adjournment of this meeting?

           Now I would be looking for an adjournment motion.

           The meeting is now adjourned. Thank you very much.

           The committee adjourned at 10:07 a.m.
