  1. The Chair called the Committee to order at 12:00 noon.
  2. The Committee deliberated in camera on its Third Report to the House this session regarding the British Columbia Housing Management Commission and the Oil and Gas Commission.
  3. The Committee agreed to meet on Monday, February 9, 2004 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm for the purpose of considering further its Third Report to the House this session.
  4. The Committee adjourned at 1:20 pm to the call of the Chair.
