FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 2, 2007

The committee met at 2:08 p.m.

           [I. Black in the chair.]

           I. Black (Chair): Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen.

We'd like to call to order the Select Standing Committee on Crown Corporations on this beautiful Friday afternoon. We have on our agenda today the review of the Select Standing Committee on Crown Corporations' draft first report to the Legislative Assembly. These discussions do take place in camera, as the nature of the report is confidential until released, so I'd entertain a motion at this point to go in camera.

The committee continued in camera from 2:09 p.m. to 3:11 p.m.

Committee Report to the House

           I. Black (Chair): We are now out of camera.

The committee has been in in-camera discussions pertaining to the first report of the Select Standing Committee on Crown Corporations. The committee is now in a position where I can entertain a motion to accept the report as amended for presentation to the Legislature of British Columbia. Can I have a motion to that effect? Any discussion?

           Motion approved.

           I. Black (Chair): Ladies and gentlemen, I entertain a motion to adjourn the meeting. Thank you; we stand adjourned.

The committee adjourned at 3:12 p.m.
