On the motion of Ms. Copping, Bill (No. Pr 401) intituled An Act to Incorporate the Coquitlam Foundation was introduced, read a first time, and Ordered referred to the Select Standing Committee on Parliamentary Reform, Ethical Conduct, Standing Orders and Private Bills.

On the motion of Mr. Farnworth, Bill (No. Pr 402) intituled Vancouver School of Theology Act was introduced, read a first time, and Ordered referred to the Select Standing Committee on Parliamentary Reform, Ethical Conduct, Standing Orders and Private Bills.

Order called for "Oral Questions by Members."

The Hon. E. Cull (Minister of Health and Minister Responsible for Seniors) made a ministerial statement relating to Canada Health Day.

Mr. Wilson made a statement.

Mr. Fox made a statement.

The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."

Order for Committee of Supply called.

Pursuant to Sessional Order, the House resolved itself into Section A and Section B of Committee of Supply.

41. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $377,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Forests, Minister's Office, to 31st March 1993.

42. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $467,914,976 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Forests, Ministry Operations, to 31st March 1993.

43. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $61,601,248 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Forests, Fire Suppression, to 31st March 1993.

44. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $500,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Forests, Forest Resources Commission, to 31st March 1993.

Section B of Committee of Supply reported the Resolutions.

22. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $326,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Economic Development, Small Business and Trade, Minister's Office, to 31st March 1993.

23. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $88,576,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Economic Development, Small Business and Trade, Ministry Operations, to 31st March 1993.
