By leave, Bill (No. 10) intituled Health Special Account Act was committed, reported complete without amendment, read a third time and passed.
Mr. K. Jones moved a proposed amendment to section 3 of Bill (No. 10) as follows:
SECTION 3, to delete after the word "authorization" the words "of the Minister of Health" and replace with the words "of the Health Special Account Advisory Board provided for under this Act".
