That Ms. Stephens be substituted for Mr. Jarvis and Mr. K. Jones be substituted for Mr. Chisholm as members of the Select Standing Committee on Forests, Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources.

Motion agreed to.

The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."

By leave, the House proceeded to "Public Bills and Orders and Government Motions on Notice."

Bill (No. 68) intituled Guaranteed Available Income for Need Amendment Act, 1992 was committed, reported complete without amendment, read a third time and passed.

Bill (No. 57) intituled Personal Property Security Amendment Act, 1992 was committed, reported complete with amendment, and by leave read a third time and passed.

On the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 67) intituled Architects Amendment Act, 1992, a debate arose.

Bill (No. 67) read a second time, by leave was committed, reported complete without amendment, and by leave read a third time and passed.

The Hon. C. Gabelmann moved--
That the House on its rising stand adjourned until 10.30 o'clock a.m. on Monday morning.

Motion agreed to.

And then the House adjourned at 12.35 p.m.
