The Hon. A. Petter (Minister of Aboriginal Affairs) tabled the Financial Statements of the Provincial Capital Commission as at March 31, 1992.
The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."
The House divided on the amendment to the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 84) intituled Labour Relations Code to refer the subject matter of the Bill to the Select Standing Committee on Economic Development, Science, Labour, Training and Technology.

The House resumed the debate on the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 84) intituled Labour Relations Code.
This House declines to give second reading to Bill (No. 84) for the reason that the Bill, in principle, erodes fundamental individual rights of workers and employers.
The debate on the amendment continued.
On the motion of Mr. Jarvis, the debate on the amendment was adjourned to the next sitting of the House.
And then the House adjourned at 5.56 p.m.
