On the motion of Mr. De Jong, Bill (No. M 211) intituled Agricultural Land Commission Reform Act was introduced, read a first time, and Ordered to be placed on the Orders of the Day for second reading at the next sitting after today.

Order called for "Oral Questions by Members."

The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."

On the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 3) intituled Build BC Act, a debate arose.

The debate continued.

On the motion of Mr. Ramsey, the debate was adjourned to the next sitting of the House.

The Hon. D. Zirnhelt advised that the House will sit Wednesday, pursuant to Standing Order 2 (2).

The Hon. J. Sawicki (Speaker) tabled the Second Interim Report re Constituency Allowance Review prepared by the Hon. E. N. (Ted) Hughes, Q.C., Clerk of the Legislative Assembly.
