Bill (No. 42) intituled Cabinet Appeals Abolition Act was committed.

Mr. Symons moved a proposed amendment to section 22 of Bill (No. 42) as follows:

SECTION 22,

52 (1) by deleting in subsection (1) the phrase "a panel of the commission consisting of 3 or more members" and substituting therefore the phrase "the Commercial Appeals Commission".

The amendment was defeated, on division.

Bill (No. 42) was reported complete with amendment.
