In consideration of section 4 of Bill (No. 32) the Committee divided as follows:

The Committee rose, reported progress and asked leave to sit again.

The House recessed for thirty minutes, and to sit later today.

On the motion that the Committee rise and report progress, the Committee divided.

Mr. Warnke moved a proposed amendment to section 17 of Bill (No. 32) as follows:

SECTION 17, (1) delete "As soon as practical" and in its place substitute the words "As soon as practicable".

The amendment was defeated on the following division:

Mr. Tanner moved a proposed amendment to section 17 of Bill (No. 32) as follows:

SECTION 17, (1) to remove "As soon as practical".
