Order for Committee of Supply called.

Pursuant to Sessional Order, order called for Section B of Committee of Supply (estimates of Ombudsman, Information and Privacy Commissioner, Conflict of Interest Commissioner, Commission on Resources and Environment, Auditor General and Legislation).

6. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $4,448,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ombudsman, Ombudsman, to 31st March 1994.

5. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $1,204,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Information and Privacy Commissioner, Information and Privacy Commissioner, to 31st March 1994.

4. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $206,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Conflict of Interest Commissioner, Conflict of Interest Commissioner, to 31st March 1994.

3. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $4,180,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Commission on Resources and Environment, Commission on Resources and Environment, to 31st March 1994.

2. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $6,933,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Auditor General, Auditor General, to 31st March 1994.

1. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $24,025,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Legislation, Legislation, to 31st March 1994.


The Committee reported the Resolutions.

The Hon. G. Clark moved--
That the reports of Resolutions from the Committees of Supply on April 23, 27; May 4, 12, 17, 18; June 1, 9, 14, 15, 21, 22, 23, 28, 29; July 12, 16 and 23, be now received, taken as read and agreed to.

Motion agreed to.

The Hon. G. Clark moved--
That there be granted from and out of the consolidated revenue fund the sum of $18 billion, 653 million, 347 thousand, 902. This sum includes that authorized to be paid under section 1 of the Supply Act (No. 1), 1993, and section 1 of the Supply Act (No. 2), 1993, and is granted by Her Majesty towards defraying the charges and expenses of the public service of the Province for the fiscal year ending March 31, 1994.
