Prayers by Mr. Krog.

The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."

The Hon. E. Cull (Minister of Finance and Corporate Relations) presented to the Speaker a Message from His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, which read as follows:

Lieutenant Governor

The Lieutenant Governor transmits herewith Bill (No. 6) intituled Supply Act (No. 1), 1995 and recommends the same to the Legislative Assembly.

March 27, 1995.

Bill introduced and read a first time.

Pursuant to Standing Order 81, Bill permitted to be advanced all stages this day.

The Speaker declared a short recess for distribution of the Bill.

On the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 6), a debate arose.

Bill (No. 6) read a second time.

On the motion of the Hon. E. Cull, Bill (No. 6) was referred to a Committee of the Whole House to be considered forthwith.

The Committee rose, reported progress and asked leave to sit again.

Committee to sit again at the next sitting.

And then the House adjourned at 12 p.m.

Two o'clock p.m.

The Hon. M. F. Harcourt (Premier) made a ministerial statement relating to the new National Centre for Advanced Wood Products Processing at the University of British Columbia.

Mr. Campbell made a statement.

Mr. Neufeld made a statement.

Mr. Wilson sought leave to make a statement.

Leave was not granted.

Order called for "Oral Questions by Members."

The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."

Bill (No. 6) intituled Supply Act (No. 1), 1995 was again committed, reported complete without amendment, read a third time and passed.

And then the House adjourned at 6 p.m.
