Prayers by Mr. K. Jones.

Order called for "Oral Question by Members".

The Hon. A. Charbonneau (Minister of Education and Minister of Government Services and Responsible for Sports) tabled the British Columbia Systems Corporation Report, pursuant to the Financial Information Act, Fiscal Year Ended March 31, 1994.

The Hon. D. Miller (Minister of Skills, Training and Labour) tabled the Labour Relations Board Annual Report, 1994.

Mr. Mitchell advised the Chair of his intention to raise a matter of privilege, and by leave, tabled a document relating to the matter of privilege.

The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."

Pursuant to Order, the House resumed the adjourned debate on the motion "That the Speaker do now leave the Chair" for the House to go into Committee of Supply.

The debate continued.

On the motion of Mr. Giesbrecht, the debate was adjourned to the next sitting of the House.

On the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 8) intituled Job Protection Amendment Act, 1995, a debate arose.

Bill (No. 8) read a second time and Ordered to be placed on the Orders of the Day for commital at the next sitting after today.

And then the House adjourned at 5.56 p.m.
