7. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $5,020,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ombudsman, Ombudsman, to 31st March 1996.

38. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $371,984 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Government Services and Ministry Responsible for Sports, Minister's Office, to 31st March 1996.

39. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $66,655,020 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Government Services and Ministry Responsible for Sports, Ministry Operations, to 31st March 1996.

40. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $17,676,986 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Government Services and Ministry Responsible for Sports, Environmental Assessment and Land Use Coordination, to 31st March 1996.

41. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $10 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Government Services and Ministry Responsible for Sports, Product Sales and Services, to 31st March 1996.

The Hon. M. F. Harcourt (Premier) tabled the British Columbia Trade Corporation Annual Report, 1994-1995.

Section A of Committee of Supply having reported the last vote of the Estimates of the Ministry of Government Services and Ministry Responsible for Multiculturalism, Human Rights, Sports and Immigration, debate on those Estimates was summarized, pursuant to Sessional Order of April 10, 1995.

The Hon. E. Cull moved--
That the reports of resolutions from the Committees of Supply on April 20, April 24, April 26, May 2, May 9, May 25, June 1, June 6, June 7, June 12, June 13, June 15, June 19, June 20, June 27, June 28, and June 29 be now received, taken as read and agreed to.

Motion agreed to.

The Hon. E. Cull moved--
That there be granted from and out of the consolidated revenue fund the sum of $19 billion, 860 million, 819 thousand, 247 dollars. This sum includes that authorized to be paid under section 1 of the Supply Act (No. 1), 1995, and is granted by Her Majesty towards defraying the charges and expenses of the public service of the province for the fiscal year ending March 31, 1996.

Motion agreed to.

The Hon. E. Cull (Minister of Finance and Corporate Relations) presented to the Speaker a Message from His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, which read as follows:

His Honour the Lieutenant Governor having entered the House, and being seated in the Chair -- Ian D. Izard, Esq., Law Clerk and Clerk Assistant, read the titles to the following Bills:

His Honour the Lieutenant Governor was pleased in Her Majesty's name to give assent to the said Bill.

"In Her Majesty's name, His Honour the Lieutenant Governor doth thank Her Majesty's loyal subjects, accepts their benevolence, and assents to this Bill."

Be it resolved that this Legislative Assembly rejects the R.C.M.P.'s decision to sell to U.S.-based Disney Inc. the sole authority to license and create the distribution network for all goods with R.C.M.P. images and request Canada's Solicitor General to immediately investigate the bidding and contract processes.
