The Hon. A. Edwards (Minister of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources) tabled the British Columbia Utilities Commission Annual Report, 1994.

The Hon. E. Cull (Minister of Environment, Lands and Parks) presented to the Speaker a Message from His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, which read as follows:

Be it resolved that this Legislative Assembly rejects the R.C.M.P.'s decision to sell to U.S.-based Disney Inc. the sole authority to license and create the distribution network for all goods with R.C.M.P. images and request Canada's Solicitor General to immediately investigate the bidding and contract processes.
