51 The Hon. D. Lovick to move, in Committee of the Whole on Bill (No. 51) intituled Nisga'a Final Agreement Act to amend as follows:
SECTION 49, in the proposed section 3.1 (1) of the Mineral Land Tax Act, by deleting "on the day the Nisga'a Final Agreement Act receives First Reading," and substituting "on November 30, 1998,".
SECTION 50, in the proposed section 2.1 (1) of the Mineral Tax Act, by deleting "on the day the Nisga'a Final Agreement Act receives First Reading," and substituting "on November 30, 1998,".
SECTION 51, in the proposed definition of "Taxation Agreement" in section 2.1 (1) of the Mining Tax Act, by deleting "on the day the Nisga'a Final Agreement Act receives First Reading," and substituting "on November 30, 1998,".
SECTION 52, in the proposed definition of "Taxation Agreement" in section 20.1 (1) of the Motor Fuel Tax Act, by deleting "on the day the Nisga'a Final Agreement Act receives First Reading," and substituting "on November 30, 1998,".
SECTION 59, in the proposed section 80.1 (1) of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Act, by deleting "on the day the Nisga'a Final Agreement Act receives First Reading," and substituting "on November 30, 1998,".
SECTION 60, in the proposed section 2.1 (1) of the Property Transfer Tax Act, by deleting "on the day the Nisga'a Final Agreement Act receives First Reading," and substituting "on November 30, 1998,".
SECTION 63, in the proposed definition of the "Taxation Agreement" in section 82.1 (1) of the Social Service Tax Act, by deleting "on the day the Nisga'a Final Agreement Act receives First Reading," and substituting "on November 30, 1998,".
SECTION 65, in the proposed section 2.1 (1) of the Taxation (Rural Area) Act, by deleting "on the day the Nisga'a Final Agreement Act receives First Reading," and substituting "on November 30, 1998,".
SCHEDULE, in the first paragraph of Note 2 to Schedule A of the Capital Transfer and Negotiation Loan Repayment Chapter of the Nisga'a Final Agreement by adding "and will delete the word `PROVISIONAL' from the title of this schedule" after "in accordance with this Note".
SCHEDULE, in the subparagraph within square brackets in Schedule B to the Capital Transfer and Negotiation Loan Repayment Chapter of the Nisga'a Final Agreement by adding at the end "This bracketed paragraph will be deleted on the date that Note 1 to this schedule is deleted."
