The Hon. D. Lovick presented the Second Report of the Special Committee of Selection, which read as follows:

The Special Committee of Selection appointed on March 15, 2000 to prepare and report lists of members to compose the Select Standing Committees of this House for the present Session, begs leave to report the membership of the Select Standing Committee on Parliamentary Reform, Ethical Conduct, Standing Orders and Private Bills:

Parliamentary Reform, Ethical Conduct, Standing Orders and Private Bills -- Mr. Giesbrecht (Convener), Mmes. Boone and Gillespie, Messrs. Janssen, Randall, Stevenson and Zirnhelt, Messrs. Farrell-Collins, Nettleton and Plant, Ms. Whittred and Mr. Weisgerber.
