The Lieutenant Governor transmits herewith Bill (No. 10) intituled McLeod Lake Indian Band Treaty No. 8 Adhesion and Settlement Agreement Act and recommends the same to the Legislative Assembly.

The Hon. M. Farnworth (Minister of Health and Minister Responsible for Seniors) tabled a Report from the Mental Health Advocate of BC.

10. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $40,607,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry of Aboriginal Affairs, Ministry Operations, to 31st March, 2001.
