Bill (No. 13) read a second time and Ordered to be placed on the Orders of the Day for committal at the next sitting after today.

On the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 14) intituled Local Government Statutes Amendment Act, 2000, a debate arose.

The debate continued.

On the motion of the Hon. J. Sawicki, the debate was adjourned to the next sitting of the House.

Would you please advise what action you are taking with respect to the shortage of services related to speech language pathology for children in the South Okanagan?

 
  5  Mr. Thorpe to ask the Hon. the Minister for Children and Families, the following question: --

Would you please confirm there is a growing waiting list for services pertaining to autistic children in the South Okanagan?
