On the motion of Mr. Hansen, Bill (No. M 209) intituled Community Health Assets Protection Act was introduced, read a first time, and Ordered to be placed on the Orders of the Day for second reading at the next sitting after today.

By leave, on the motion of Mr. Streifel, Bill (No. Pr 401) intituled Mission Foundation Amendment Act, 2000 was introduced, read a first time, and Ordered referred forthwith to the Select Standing Committee on Parliamentary Reform, Ethical Conduct, Standing Orders and Private Bills.

By leave, on the motion of Mr. Calendino, Bill (No. Pr 403) intituled Westmount Career Management Ltd. (Corporate Restoration) Act, 2000 was introduced, read a first time, and Ordered referred forthwith to the Select Standing Committee on Parliamentary Reform, Ethical Conduct, Standing Orders and Private Bills.

The Hon. P. Priddy (Minister of Education) tabled the Ministry of Education Annual Report, 1998-1999.

22. Resolved, That a sum not exceeding $1,500,955,000 be granted to Her Majesty to defray the expenses of Ministry for Children and Families, Ministry Operations, to 31st March, 2001.

Section A of Committee of Supply reported the Resolutions and completion of the Estimates of the Ministry for Children and Families.
