Pursuant to Sessional Order, order called for Section B of Committee of Supply.

Section B of Committee of Supply reported progress of the estimates of the Ministry of Sustainable Resource Management.
Report to be considered at the next sitting.
Committee to sit again at the next sitting.

And then the House adjourned at 12.00 p.m.

On the motion of Mr. Nijjar, Bill (No. Pr 405) intituled Score Resources Ltd. (Corporate Restoration) Act, 2003 was introduced, read a first time and Ordered referred to the Select Standing Committee on Parliamentary Reform, Ethical Conduct, Standing Orders and Private Bills.

On the motion of Mr. Anderson, Bill (No. Pr 401) intituled Ash Developments Ltd. (Corporate Restoration) Act, 2003 was introduced, read a first time and Ordered referred to the Select Standing Committee on Parliamentary Reform, Ethical Conduct, Standing Orders and Private Bills.

On the motion of Mr. Anderson, Bill (No. Pr 402) intituled Kennett Contracting Limited (Corporate Restoration) Act, 2003 was introduced, read a first time and Ordered referred to the Select Standing Committee on Parliamentary Reform, Ethical Conduct, Standing Orders and Private Bills.

On the motion of Mr. Christensen, Bill (No. Pr 403) intituled Cam Glass Inc. (Corporate Restoration) Act, 2003 was introduced, read a first time and Ordered referred to the Select Standing Committee on Parliamentary Reform, Ethical Conduct, Standing Orders and Private Bills.

On the motion of Mr. Christensen, Bill (No. Pr 404) intituled M & M Insulation Ltd. (Corporate Restoration) Act, 2003 was introduced, read a first time and Ordered referred to the Select Standing Committee on Parliamentary Reform, Ethical Conduct, Standing Orders and Private Bills.

Order called for "Members' Statements."

Order called for "Oral Questions by Members."

The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."

Bill (No. 24) intituled Securities Amendment Act, 2003 was committed, reported complete without amendment, read a third time and passed.

Bill (No. 16) intituled Coalbed Gas Act was committed, reported complete without amendment, read a third time and passed.

Order for Committee of Supply called.

Pursuant to Sessional Order, order called for Section B of Committee of Supply.

The Speaker declared a short recess.

Her Honour the Lieutenant Governor having entered the House, and being seated in the Chair --

Craig James, Esq., Clerk Assistant and Clerk of Committees, read the titles to the following Acts:

Bill (No. 5) Foresters Act.
Bill (No. 12) Police Amendment Act, 2003.
Bill (No. 16) Coalbed Gas Act.
Bill (No. 23) Procurement Services Act.
Bill (No. 24) Securities Amendment Act, 2003.
Bill (No. 25) Hospital District Amendment Act, 2003.
Bill (No. 30) Provincial Revenue Statutes Amendment Act, 2003.

Her Honour was pleased in Her Majesty's name to give assent to the said Acts.

The said assent was announced by Craig James, Esq., Clerk Assistant and Clerk of Committees, in the following words:

"In Her Majesty's name, Her Honour the Lieutenant Governor doth assent to these Acts."

Her Honour the Lieutenant Governor was then pleased to retire.

And then the House adjourned at 5.48 p.m.

Be it resolved that this House does not concur in the report of the Committee of Supply with respect to Vote 10 and the proceedings therein are declared of no force and effect and Orders the said Vote be referred back to the Committee of Supply to be reconsidered.
