Ms. MacPhail made a statement regarding the death of William Hartley, a former Member of the Legislative Assembly.
The Speaker stated that he would convey to the family of the late Mr. Hartley, the condolences of the Members of the Legislative Assembly.

The Hon. C. Richmond (Speaker) tabled the Ombudsman Special Report No. 24 -- Acting in the Public Interest? Self-Governance in the Health Professions: The Ombudsman's Perspective.
