Coell sought leave to permit Section A of the Committee of Supply to sit and consider a portion of Vote 29 relating to the estimates of the Minister of State for Mental Health and the estimates of the Minister of State for Intermediate Long Term and Home Care at the same time the estimates of the Ministry of Health Services is being considered in Section B and an official record be kept of the debates in Section A.

Leave granted.

The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."

Order for Committee of Supply called.

Pursuant to Sessional Order, order called for Section A and Section B of Committee of Supply.

Section A and Section B of Committee of Supply reported progress of the estimates of the Ministry of Health Services.

Report to be considered at the next sitting.

Committee to sit again at the next sitting.

And then the House adjourned at 12.00 p.m.

On the motion of Ms. MacPhail, Bill (No. M 202) intituled Coquihalla Highway Administration Clarity Act, 2003 was introduced, read a first time, and Ordered to be placed on the Orders of the Day for second reading at the next sitting after today.

By leave, Ms. Kwan tabled a budget from the Vancouver School Board.

Order called for "Oral Questions by Members."

The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."
