On the motion of Ms. MacPhail the debate was adjourned to the next sitting of the House.

And then the House adjourned at 11.59 a.m.

The Hon. C. Clark (Minister of Education), on behalf of the Hon. S. Bond (Minister of Advanced Education), tabled the Industry Training and Apprenticeship Commission Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2003, together with a Report of the Auditor General.

The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."

The House resumed the adjourned debate on the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 73) intituled Sustainable Resource Management Statutes Amendment Act, 2003.

The debate continued.

Bill (No. 73) read a second time and Ordered to be placed on the Orders of the Day for committal at the next sitting after today.

Bill (No. 57) intituled Environmental Management Act was committed, reported complete with amendment, and by leave, read a third time and passed.

And then the House adjourned at 5.49 p.m.
