By notice from the Minister to the Table, Bill (No. 54) intituled Pharmacists, Pharmacy Operations and Drug Scheduling Amendment Act, 2003, was withdrawn from the Order Paper.

The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."

On the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 74) intituled Motor Dealer Amendment Act, 2003, a debate arose.

Bill (No. 74) read a second time and Ordered to be placed on the Orders of the Day for committal at the next sitting after today.

Bill (No. 73) intituled Sustainable Resource Management Statutes Amendment Act, 2003 was committed, reported complete without amendment, read a third time and passed.

Bill (No. 53) intituled Integrated Pest Management Act, was committed, reported complete with amendment, and by leave, read a third time and passed.

The House resumed the adjourned debate on the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 60) intituled Business Corporations Amendment Act, 2003.

Bill (No. 60) read a second time and Ordered to be placed on the Orders of the Day for committal at the next sitting after today.

Bill (No. 59) intituled Financial Administration Amendment Act, 2003, was committed, reported complete with amendment, and by leave, read a third time and passed.

On the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 76) intituled Community Charter Transitional Provisions, Consequential Amendments and Other Amendments Act, 2003, a debate arose.

Bill (No. 76) read a second time and Ordered to be placed on the Orders of the Day for committal at the next sitting after today.

And then the House adjourned at 5.11 p.m.
