Bill (No. 88) intituled Private Managed Forest Land Act was committed, reported complete with amendment, read a third time and passed.

And then the House adjourned at 11.50 a.m.

Two o'clock p.m.

The House observed a minute of silence in honour of our veterans.

On the motion of Mr. Penner, Bill (No. Pr 410) intituled Canadian Pentecostal Seminary Act was introduced, read a first time, and Ordered referred to the Select Standing Committee on Parliamentary Reform, Ethical Conduct, Standing Orders and Private Bills.

On the motion of Mr. Bray, Bill (No. Pr 411) intituled Richrock Mines Ltd. (N.P.L.) (Corporate Restoration) Act, 2003 was introduced, read a first time, and Ordered referred to the Select Standing Committee on Parliamentary Reform, Ethical Conduct, Standing Orders and Private Bills.

Order called for "Members' Statements."

Order called for "Oral Questions by Members."

The Hon. C. Clark (Minister of Education) made a statement regarding violence in schools.

Ms. Kwan made a statement.

The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."

Bill (No. Pr 409) intituled Western Pentecostal Bible College Amendment Act, 2003, was read a second time, and by leave, committed, reported complete without amendment, and by leave, read a third time and passed.

Bill (No. 56) intituled Flood Hazard Statutes Amendment Act, 2003 was committed, reported complete with amendment, and by leave, read a third time and passed.

On the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 75) intituled Significant Projects Streamlining Act, a debate arose.

The debate continued.

On the motion of Mr. McKay, the debate was adjourned to the next sitting of the House.

And then the House adjourned at 5.23 p.m.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC WRITTEN QUESTIONS

 13  Adriane Carr, Leader, Green Party of British Columbia, to ask the Hon. the Minster of State for Community Charter, regarding the Minister's Responsibility for the 2010 Winter Olympic Games, the following question:--
The government of BC is now committed to spending substantial funds on the 2010 Olympic Games. Will the government commit to providing a complete public disclosure of the financial assets of all members of the Vancouver Organizing Committee for the Games, the 2010 Winter Olympics Bid, City contract, and the financial records of the 2010 Bid Corporation?
