Bill Ordered to be placed on the Orders of the Day for second reading at the next sitting after today.

Order called for "Members' Statements."

Order called for "Oral Questions by Members."

The Hon. M. de Jong (Minister of Forests) tabled the Forest Appeals Commission Annual Report, 2003.

Mr. Krueger tabled a petition regarding laboratory restructuring.

The Hon. G. Abbott (Minister of Sustainable Resource Management) tabled the Property Assessment Appeal Board Annual Report, 2003.

The Hon. M. Coell (Minister of Community, Aboriginal and Women's Services) tabled the Multiculturalism Annual Report, 2002-2003.

The Hon. S. Bond (Minister of Advanced Education) tabled the following documents:

Industry Training and Apprenticeship Commission Financial Statements for the period from April 1, 2003 to January 1, 2004, together with a Report of the Auditor General; and Industry Training Authority Service Plan, 2004/05-2006/07.

Ms. Kwan presented the Second Report of the Select Standing Committee on Public Accounts for the Fourth Session of the Thirty-seventh Parliament.

The Report was taken as read and received.

By leave of the House, Ms. Kwan moved that the Report be adopted.

Motion agreed to.

Mr. Lekstrom presented the Report of the Special Committee to Review the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act for the Fifth Session of the Thirty-seventh Parliament.

The Report was taken as read and received.

By leave of the House, Mr. Lekstrom moved that the Report be adopted.

Motion agreed to.

The House proceeded to "Orders of the Day."

Bill (No. 56) intituled Administrative Tribunals Act was committed, reported complete without amendment, read a third time and passed.

Order for Committee of Supply called.

Pursuant to Sessional Order, order called for Section B of Committee of Supply.

The Committee recessed until 6.45 p.m.

Section B of Committee of Supply reported progress of the estimates of the Office of the Premier.

Report to be considered at the next sitting.

Committee to sit again at the next sitting.

And then the House adjourned at 8.56 p.m.
