That the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 4) intituled Park Amendment Act, 2014 be amended by deleting all the words after “That” and substituting the words “the Bill be not now read a second time, that the Order for second reading be discharged, and the subject matter of the Bill be referred to the Select Standing Committee on Parliamentary Reform, Ethical Conduct, Standing Orders and Private Bills.”
