On the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 2) intituled Greenhouse Gas Industrial Reporting and Control Act, a debate arose.

Mr. Weaver moved the following amendment —

That the motion for second reading of Bill (No. 2) intituled Greenhouse Gas Industrial Reporting and Control Act be amended by deleting the word “now” and substituting “six months hence.”
