Arrival

If you are arriving on Saturday, November 5 or Sunday, November 6, you will be met at Victoria International Airport.  Look for CYP8 program staff holding a CYP8 sign. They will direct you to cabs to take you to your hotel, the Harbour Towers Hotel and Suites.

Harbour Towers Hotel and Suites: Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time: 4:00 pm
Check-out time: 11:00 am

Guests staying at the Harbour Towers Hotel and Suites are typically required to provide a credit card at the time of check-in. The credit card will be pre-authorized for incidentals and room and tax charges not covered by the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia (the Legislative Assembly will cover accommodation charges on November 6, 7, 8, and 9).

If you do not have a credit card you may pay for incidentals and extra nights in cash when you check out.

Meals

Meals will be provided during the official program, starting with dinner on Sunday, November 6. CYP8 participants are responsible for any meals outside of the official program events. There are many restaurants within walking distance to the hotel to choose from, and staff at the hotel would be pleased to provide you with more information.

CYP8 program staff will provide you with your registration packages, including conference documents, as well as your name tag and other important information.

Welcome Reception – Sunday, November 6

Finally, please join us in the lobby of the Harbour Towers Hotel and Suites on Sunday, November 6 at 5:15 pm on Sunday, November 6 to walk to the Robert Bateman Centre for Madame Speaker's Welcome Reception.
