| | | The all-party Special Committee to Review the
Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act is undertaking a comprehensive review of the Act. The Act provides British Columbians with access rights to records of public bodies and privacy protection. A special committee of the Legislative Assembly must conduct a statutory review of the Act every six years. | |
