The Legislative Assembly is committed to accountability and transparency through the quarterly disclosure of information on Members' compensation and expenses including:
Archived reports, annual Public Accounts information on Members' travel expenses and capital city living expenses are also provided.
Parliamentary committee-related travel expenses.
Activity reports summarizing interparliamentary work undertaken by the Legislative Assembly, participation of Members and Legislative Assembly employees and expenses paid are made public within 90 days after the activity concludes.
Quarterly compensation, travel expenses and accompanying receipts of the Clerk of the Legislative Assembly, the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Chief Information Officer, the Clerk Assistant, Parliamentary Services, the Executive Financial Officer and the Law Clerk and Parliamentary Counsel.
Quarterly report contains the out of province travel expenses paid for the Legislative Assembly employees during the report period (April 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023)
Annual report disclosing salaries of all administration employees that received $75,000 or more in the reporting period of April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023.
Quarterly purchasing card report summarizing goods and services paid by the Legislative Assembly’s purchasing cards for the reporting period (April 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023)
Quarterly procurement contract report summarizing signed or awarded contracts with a value of $10,000 or more for the Legislative Assembly of B.C. for the reporting period April 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
