Honourable Members:
I have the honour to present herewith the Second Report of the Select Standing Committee on Parliamentary Reform, Ethical Conduct, Standing Orders and Private Bills (the Committee) for the Fifth Session of the Fortieth Parliament.
At a meeting on May 17, 2016 the Committee undertook the examination of the revision of the Municipal Replotting Act pursuant to the Statute Revision Act [RSBC 1996] c. 440. The Committee has recommended to the Lieutenant Governor that the revision be approved and be brought into force.
