Parliamentary Committees

Parliamentary committees are activated on a sessional basis and must receive a terms of reference and membership from the Legislative Assembly to begin their work in each new session. On February 12, 2026, the 1st Session of the 43rd Parliament of the Legislative Assembly was prorogued and the 2nd Session opened later that day. Committee activity is expected to resume shortly.
