Please note: ​On Tuesday, March 20, the Buildings will be closed to the public in preparation for The Governor General of Canada Her Excellency the Right Honourable Julie Payette's Official Welcoming Ceremony to British Columbia. We invite you to join us in welcoming Her Excellency on the front lawns of the Parliament Buildings from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm.

Please note: The Parliament Buildings will be closed to the public from Friday, March 30 to Monday, April 2, 2018 (inclusively). They will open to the public again on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at 8:30 am.

​​​​​​​​​​The Parliamentary Tour Program strives to provide an enjoyable and informative experience for all visitors, focusing primarily on the role of the Legislative Assembly and MLAs and the history of both the province of British Columbia and of the Parliament Buildings. Our goal is to foster an understanding of legislative process, an awareness of B.C.'s political heritage and an appreciation for the beauty and significance of the Parliament Buildings.
The Parliament Buildings are open to visitors and free guided tours are provided throughout the year.​

NEW - Parliamentary Players Tours

​​​​​​In celebration of the 160th anniversary of British Columbia, the Legislative Assembly will be featuring guided tours by famed gold miner Nellie Cashman. Teachers and group leaders wishing to tour with Ms. Cashman can make a request in the comment section of the tour request form. Additionally, public tours led Ms. Cashman will be regularly​ scheduled each Friday from March 9th, 2018 to April 27th, 2018. See here ​for more details.
