The Select Standing Committee on Legislative Initiatives is one of nine permanent all-party committees of the Legislative Assembly.
On June 26, 2013, the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia appointed a Select Standing Committee on Legislative Initiatives for the 40th Parliament, pursuant to Section 9 of the
Recall and Initiative Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 398.
