​The Select Standing Committee on Parliamentary Reform, Ethical Conduct, Standing Orders and Private Bills is one of 10 permanent committees of the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia. The Committee considers private bills referred to it by the Legislative Assembly, as provided by Standing Order 105.

On April 5, 2023, the Legislative Assembly referred Bill (No. Pr 401) Vancouver Foundation Amendment Act, 2023 to the Committee. The Committee released its report on Bill Pr 401 on May 1, 2021.

On April 19, 2023, the Legislative Assembly referred Bill (No. Pr 402) St. Mark's College Amendment Act, 2023 to the Committee. The Committee released its report on Bill Pr 402 on May 8, 2023.
