The Select Standing Committee on Parliamentary Reform, Ethical Conduct, Standing Orders and Private Bills is one of nine permanent all-party committees of the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia. The Committee considers private bills referred to it by the Legislative Assembly, as provided by
Standing Order 105.
On March 12, 2014, the Legislative Assembly referred
Bill (No. Pr 401) intituled Armstrong-Spallumcheen Student Assistance Association (Corporate Restoration) Act, 2014 to the Select Standing Committee on Parliamentary Reform, Ethical Conduct, Standing Orders and Private Bills.
