The Select Standing Committee on Parliamentary Reform, Ethical Conduct, Standing Orders and Private Bills is one of nine permanent all-party committees of the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia. The Committee considers private bills referred to it by the Legislative Assembly, as provided by Standing Order 105.

​On March 12, 2014, the Legislative Assembly referred Bill (No. Pr 401) intituled Armstrong-Spallumcheen Student Assistance Association (Corporate Restoration) Act, 2014 to the Select Standing Committee on Parliamentary Reform, Ethical Conduct, Standing Orders and Private Bills.
