The Select Standing Committee on Parliamentary Reform, Ethical Conduct, Standing Orders and Private Bills is one of nine permanent all-party committees of the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia. The Committee considers private bills referred to it by the Legislative Assembly, as provided by Standing Order 105.

The Select Standing Committee on Parliamentary Reform, Ethical Conduct, Standing Orders and Private Bills had no issue referred to the Committee for the 3rd Session of the 40th Parliament.

Terms of Reference

​Pursuant to Standing Order 105, private bills may be referred to the Select Standing Committee on Parliamentary Reform, Ethical Conduct, Standing Orders and Private Bills after First Reading.
